# Subscription and pricing

Hologrow pricing scales with the **data you keep**. Merchant plans are priced by retained data storage and history allowance — not by store count, GMV, row count, supported connections, or standard MCP calls.

## Merchant plans

Each merchant plan includes:

* Unlimited supported Amazon connections
* Unlimited standard MCP calls with no per-request Hologrow fee
* Claude, Codex, and supported MCP clients
* Scheduled sync within your plan storage
* Revocable MCP access for people and agents
* Supported warehouse, file, and webhook exports
* A 14-day free trial

## What you are paying for

* **Retained storage** — the amount of synced data Hologrow keeps available for analysis.
* **History allowance** — the lookback window the included storage is sized to support for typical usage.
* **Data access layer** — Hologrow connects, retains, and prepares authorized Amazon data for AI and analytics tools.
* **AI access** — supported MCP clients can query authorized data without a per-request Hologrow fee.

You are not charged by store count, GMV, row count, supported connection count, or standard MCP call volume.

## Add-ons

If you need more retained storage, add extra capacity:

| **Extra data** | **\$10 per 5 GB** | Use this when your plan is otherwise right, but you need more retained storage. |

If your usage is larger than Scale, or you need a deployment-specific capacity model, contact the team from the pricing page.

## Partner pricing

Choose **Partner** when you manage Amazon data for separate merchants and need isolated client workspaces.

Partner pricing is discussed with the Hologrow team and can include:

* Capacity sized to the deployment
* Custom seats and administration
* Client-isolated workspaces
* Commercial terms matched to usage

## 14-day free trial

Every merchant plan includes a **14-day free trial**.

You can connect one Amazon account at no charge. The evaluation starts only after the first source is ready, so you can test Hologrow against real synced data before committing.
