# Amazon Ads

> 了解如何连接 Amazon Ads 并检查同步状态。

将 Amazon Ads 连接到 Hologrow，用于同步广告账户 Profile 和广告表现。实际覆盖以账户权限和工作区可用数据表为准。

## 连接前准备

可访问目标广告账户的 Amazon 登录账号；确认广告账户所在区域。

  **使用紫鸟浏览器或其他电商专用浏览器？** 请在该浏览器中打开并登录 [Hologrow 连接平台](https://connector.hologrow.ai/)。如果页面显示“无法访问”，点击 **申请加白**；申请通过后，再返回该浏览器进入连接平台。

## 连接步骤

1. 登录 Hologrow，打开 **链接平台**，找到 **Amazon Ads**。

2. 点击 **连接**。已有连接时，打开 **管理** 添加连接。

3. 在区域弹窗选择 North America、Europe 或 Far East，按需填写备注，然后点击授权账户。通过 Login with Amazon 登录并确认 Hologrow 的访问授权。

4. 完成授权后返回 Hologrow，打开 [Data Explorer（连接状态）](/zh/hologrow-basics/data-explorer)，找到已连接的账户，确认其状态和账户名称。若显示开始同步提示，检查数据设置并启动同步。

5. 在[Data Explorer（连接状态）](/zh/hologrow-basics/data-explorer)检查同步进度及最近成功时间，等待所需数据表可用。

## 常见问题

检查登录账号是否能访问目标广告 Profile，以及授权区域是否正确。Seller Central 店铺授权不能替代广告账户授权。

授权过期时，在 **管理** 中对受影响的连接重新授权。显示已连接但暂时没有数据时，先确认同步是否已启动、数据日期范围和平台原始数据是否存在。
