Subscription and pricing

Hologrow plans include source business data capacity, monthly service credits, and team seats. Capacity covers the source records you retain; credits are shared across data updates, queries, report exports, and Pulse tasks. The public pricing page is the source of truth for current prices and promotions: hologrow.ai/pricing.

Merchant plans

All prices are in USD. M means million. Each merchant plan includes:
  • Unlimited supported store, account, and marketplace connections, with no additional connection fee
  • Access from Claude, Codex, and compatible AI tools across devices, with no additional fee for devices or MCP credentials; seats and access permissions still apply
  • Free initial historical sync for up to two years, subject to source platform availability; historical records count toward data capacity
  • Automatic data updates, with credits charged for new or changed records and each record counted only once per month
  • Up to two years of queryable history within your data capacity
  • Prepared business details, metrics, standard data models, and field descriptions; internal processing tables do not consume source data capacity
  • MCP, API, and supported Webhook access, standard report exports, and Pulse tasks, sharing the plan’s credits
  • Data delivery support, including agreed business definitions, launch validation, and ongoing connection and sync maintenance

What you are paying for

  • Source data capacity — the number of source business records Hologrow retains for historical queries and comparisons. Internal tables created to prepare details and metrics do not count again.
  • Data services — shared credits cover ongoing data updates, queries, standard report exports, and Pulse tasks. Each new or changed record uses approximately 10 credits, counted once per month even if it changes multiple times.
  • Team seats — Starter includes one seat and Scale includes three.
  • Data access and delivery — Hologrow connects, prepares, and maintains authorized business data for use in compatible AI tools and business systems.
There is no additional charge for supported connections, devices, or MCP credentials. Data capacity, team seats, and credit usage still apply. The following estimates show what the monthly credits could cover if used entirely for one activity: These activities share one credit pool, not separate allowances. Actual usage varies with query scope, report size, and task complexity. Usage draws from included credits first; its equivalent credit value is not an extra charge on top of the subscription.

Starter costs $49 for the first month, saving $40. From the second month, the price is $89 / month. Scale costs $199 / month.
