Available platforms

Select a platform for its connection guide. Available data depends on account permissions and the tables available in your workspace.

Shopify, TikTok Shop, TEMU, Walmart, and Mercado Libre currently display Coming soon and cannot be connected yet.

Connect an account

  1. Open Integrations in Hologrow and find your platform.
  2. Click Connect, or open Manage to add another connection.
  3. Follow the platform guide to authorize access or enter credentials.
  4. Return to Hologrow and check the account and authorization status in Manage. If prompted to start syncing, review data settings and start the sync.
  5. Check sync progress, the last successful sync, and available tables. Successful authorization does not mean the historical sync has finished.

Manage connections

Use Manage to add connections, reauthorize, edit notes, or disconnect. Renew expired authorization with an account that has access to the relevant platform resources. Disconnecting stops syncing and deletes that connection’s synced data.
